Bu politika, AI PDF Translator uygulamasının kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar.
1. Özet
- Hesap açmanız gerekmez; ad, e-posta veya telefon numarası istemiyoruz.
- PDF dosyanız cihazınızda açılır ve işlenir. Dosyanın kendisi sunucuya yüklenmez.
- Yalnızca çevrilecek, özetlenecek veya yeniden yazılacak metin işlenmek üzere sunucumuza gönderilir.
- Reklam göstermiyoruz ve reklam kimliği kullanmıyoruz.
2. Metin nasıl işleniyor?
Uygulama PDF dosyasını cihazınızda açar, sayfa metnini çıkarır ve bu metni bize ait bir Cloudflare Worker API adresine gönderir. API, metni yapay zekâ sağlayıcımız Anthropic tarafına (Claude modelleri) iletir ve dönen sonucu size geri verir.
- İstek içeriği yalnızca işlem süresince bellekte tutulur; tarafımızca kalıcı olarak saklanmaz, veritabanına yazılmaz ve loglanmaz.
- Anthropic, isteği kendi ticari hizmet şartları kapsamında işler ve API içeriğini model eğitimi için kullanmaz.
- Sunucumuzda saklanan tek şey sayaçlardır: o ay işlenen sayfa sayısı ve kısa ömürlü bir hız sınırı sayacı. Bunlar rastgele üretilmiş, kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilemeyen bir kurulum kimliğine bağlıdır ve bir ay sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
3. Taranmış sayfalar ve OCR
Taranmış (görüntü tabanlı) sayfalarda metin, OCR ile çıkarılır. Bu işlem için sayfa görüntüsü aynı API üzerinden işlenir ve yine kalıcı olarak saklanmaz.

5. Cihazda saklananlar
Açtığınız belgelerin listesi, dil tercihleriniz ve uygulama ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bunlar da silinir.
6. Abonelik
Premium abonelik Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve RevenueCat, Inc. aracılığıyla doğrulanır. RevenueCat tarafına giden bilgi, anonim kurulum kimliği ve satın alma makbuzudur. Kart bilgileriniz hiçbir zaman uygulamaya veya bize ulaşmaz.

9. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan kişisel veri toplamaz.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfadaki tarih değiştirilir.

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Summary
- No account is required. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your PDF is opened and processed on your device. The file itself is never uploaded.
- Only the text to be translated, summarized or rewritten is sent to our server for processing.
- We show no ads and use no advertising identifier.
2. How text is processed
The app opens the PDF on your device, extracts the page text and sends that text to our own Cloudflare Worker API. The API forwards it to our AI provider Anthropic (Claude models) and returns the result to you.
- Request content is held in memory only for the duration of the request. We do not store it, write it to a database or log it.
- Anthropic processes the request under its commercial terms and does not use API content to train models.
- The only thing stored on our server is counters: pages processed this month and a short-lived rate-limit counter. They are keyed to a randomly generated install identifier that cannot be linked to you, and they expire automatically after a month.
3. Scanned pages and OCR
For scanned (image-based) pages, text is extracted with OCR through the same API. The page image is likewise not retained.
4. Permissions

We do not request location, contacts, microphone or call log permissions.
5. Stored on your device
Your document list, language preferences and settings stay on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.
6. Subscription
Premium is purchased through Google Play and verified via RevenueCat, Inc. Only an anonymous install identifier and the purchase receipt reach RevenueCat. Your card details never reach the app or us.

8. Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws you may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Write to muhammetyavuzkeles@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Uninstalling the app deletes all data held on your device.
9. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top of this page changes with it.
