Hesap ve Veri Silme Talebi
Önce: hesabınız var mı?
Uygulama Misafir modunda hesapsız kullanılabilir. Hiç Google veya Apple ile giriş yapmadıysanız sunucularımızda size ait bir hesap kaydı yoktur; uygulamayı silmeniz cihazınızdaki tüm verileri (zikir sayacı, favoriler, okuma konumu, ayarlar) kaldırır ve başka bir işlem gerekmez.
Hesabınızı nasıl silersiniz?
Yöntem 1 — Uygulama içinden
Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabımı sil adımlarını izleyin ve onaylayın. Hesabınız ve ilişkili tüm veriler kalıcı olarak silinir.
Yöntem 2 — E-posta ile
muhammetyavuzkeles@gmail.com adresine “Hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin. E-postayı, uygulamaya giriş yaparken kullandığınız adresten göndermeniz kimliğinizi doğrulamamızı hızlandırır.
Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır ve size teyit e-postası gönderilir.
Hangi veriler siliniyor?

Silinmeyen veriler ve nedeni
Satın alma ve abonelik kayıtları. Premium satın alımlarınız Google Play tarafından, ABD ve AB vergi ile ticaret mevzuatı gereği belirli bir süre saklanır. Bu kayıtlar bizim sistemimizde değil, Google Play tarafında tutulur ve tarafımızca silinemez. Abonelik iptali için Google Play hesabınızın Abonelikler bölümünü kullanın.
Hesabınızı sildikten sonra aynı Google veya Apple hesabıyla yeniden giriş yaparsanız, Google Play üzerinden yapılmış satın alımlarınızı “Satın alımları geri yükle” ile kurtarabilirsiniz.
Bekleme süresi
Silme işlemi talebin doğrulanmasının ardından uygulanır. Talebin alınmasından itibaren azami süre 30 gündür; yedekleme sistemlerindeki kopyalar bu süre içinde döngüsel olarak temizlenir.

Account and Data Deletion (English)
First: do you have an account?
The app can be used without an account in Guest mode. If you have never signed in with Google or Apple, we hold no account record for you; uninstalling the app removes all data from your device and nothing further is needed.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the app
Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account and confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email titled “Account deletion request” to muhammetyavuzkeles@gmail.com. Sending it from the address you sign in with helps us verify your identity faster.
Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest and we send you a confirmation email.
What gets deleted

What is retained, and why
Purchase and subscription records. Your Premium purchases are retained for a period by Google Play under US and EU tax and commerce law. These records live on Google Play, not in our systems, and cannot be deleted by us. To cancel a subscription, use the Subscriptions section of your Google Play account.
If you sign in again with the same Google or Apple account after deletion, you can recover purchases made through Google Play with “Restore purchases”.
Timeframe
Deletion is applied once the request is verified. The maximum period from receipt of the request is 30 days; copies in backup systems are cycled out within that window.
