Bu politika, Receipt AI uygulamasının kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar.
1. Özet
- Hesap açmanız gerekmez; ad, e-posta veya telefon numarası istemiyoruz.
- Fiş kayıtlarınız, kategorileriniz ve raporlarınız cihazınızdaki veritabanında tutulur.
- Fiş görselinin okunması için görüntü, yalnızca o işlem sırasında sunucumuza gönderilir.
- Reklam göstermiyoruz ve reklam kimliği kullanmıyoruz.
2. Fiş okuma nasıl çalışıyor?
Bir fişi fotoğrafladığınızda veya galeriden seçtiğinizde, görüntü bize ait bir Cloudflare Worker API adresine gönderilir. API, görüntüyü yapay zekâ sağlayıcımız Anthropic tarafına (Claude modelleri) iletir; işletme adı, tarih, tutar, KDV, para birimi, kategori ve ödeme yöntemi çıkarılıp size geri döner.
- Fiş görseli ve çıkarılan alanlar yalnızca işlem süresince bellekte tutulur; tarafımızca kalıcı olarak saklanmaz, veritabanına yazılmaz ve loglanmaz.
- Anthropic, isteği kendi ticari hizmet şartları kapsamında işler ve API içeriğini model eğitimi için kullanmaz.
- Sunucumuzda saklanan tek şey sayaçlardır: o ay okunan fiş sayısı ve kısa ömürlü bir hız sınırı sayacı. Bunlar rastgele üretilmiş, kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilemeyen bir kurulum kimliğine bağlıdır ve bir ay sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
3. Cihazda saklananlar
Onayladığınız fiş kayıtları, kategoriler, bütçeler ve ayarlar cihazınızdaki yerel veritabanında (SQLite) tutulur. Aylık analiz ve PDF / CSV raporlar bu yerel kayıtlardan cihazınızda üretilir. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu verilerin tamamı silinir.
Fiş fotoğraflarının kendisi, siz kaydetmeyi seçmediğiniz sürece uygulama tarafından ayrıca arşivlenmez.

5. Abonelik
Premium abonelik Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve RevenueCat, Inc. aracılığıyla doğrulanır. RevenueCat tarafına giden bilgi, anonim kurulum kimliği ve satın alma makbuzudur. Kart bilgileriniz hiçbir zaman uygulamaya veya bize ulaşmaz.

7. Haklarınız
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Talebinizi muhammetyavuzkeles@gmail.com adresine iletin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Uygulama içindeki “Tüm verileri sil” seçeneği ve uygulamayı kaldırmak, cihazınızdaki tüm kayıtları siler.
8. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan kişisel veri toplamaz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfadaki tarih değiştirilir.

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Summary
- No account is required. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your receipt records, categories and reports are kept in a database on your device.
- To read a receipt, the image is sent to our server only for the duration of that request.
- We show no ads and use no advertising identifier.
2. How receipt scanning works
When you photograph a receipt or pick one from your gallery, the image is sent to our own Cloudflare Worker API. The API forwards it to our AI provider Anthropic (Claude models), which extracts the merchant, date, amount, VAT, currency, category and payment method and returns them to you.
- The receipt image and the extracted fields are held in memory only for the duration of the request. We do not store them, write them to a database or log them.
- Anthropic processes the request under its commercial terms and does not use API content to train models.
- The only thing stored on our server is counters: receipts scanned this month and a short-lived rate-limit counter. They are keyed to a randomly generated install identifier that cannot be linked to you, and they expire automatically after a month.
3. Stored on your device
The receipt records you confirm, along with categories, budgets and settings, are kept in a local database (SQLite) on your device. Monthly analysis and PDF / CSV reports are produced from those local records on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
Receipt photos themselves are not separately archived by the app unless you choose to save them.
4. Permissions

We do not request location, contacts, microphone, SMS or bank account access. The app does not connect to your bank or card accounts.
5. Subscription
Premium is purchased through Google Play and verified via RevenueCat, Inc. Only an anonymous install identifier and the purchase receipt reach RevenueCat. Your card details never reach the app or us.

7. Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws you may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Write to muhammetyavuzkeles@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. The in-app “Delete all data” option, and uninstalling the app, remove every record from your device.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top of this page changes with it.
