Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, Vireo VPN uygulamasının ve sunucularının kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. VPN hizmetlerinde en kritik konu, sağlayıcının ne kaydettiğidir; bu politika bunu ayrıntılı olarak belirtir.
1. Özet
- Hesap açmanız gerekmez. Ad, e-posta, telefon numarası veya kimlik bilgisi istemiyoruz.
- Trafik kaydı tutmuyoruz: hangi siteleri ziyaret ettiğiniz, DNS sorgularınız, indirdiğiniz içerik veya bağlantılarınızın içeriği kaydedilmez.
- Sunucumuzda tutulan tek kayıt, aboneliğin ve bağlantının çalışması için gereken teknik asgari veridir (aşağıda madde 3).
- Reklam göstermiyoruz, analiz veya izleme aracı kullanmıyoruz.
2. Kimlik yerine cihaz kimliği
Uygulama ilk açılışta rastgele bir cihaz kimliği üretir ve bunu cihazınızın güvenli deposunda (Android Keystore tabanlı secure store) saklar. Sunucuya kimlik doğrulaması bu kimlik ve ona bağlı bir erişim jetonu ile yapılır. Bu kimlik sizin kişisel bilgilerinizle ilişkilendirilemez ve uygulamayı silip yeniden kurduğunuzda değişir.
3. Sunucuda tutulan veriler
Tuttuğumuz kayıtların tamamı şunlardır:

Bu kayıtlarda IP adresiniz, ziyaret ettiğiniz adresler, DNS sorgularınız, bant genişliği geçmişiniz veya oturum zaman damgası geçmişiniz yer almaz. Kiralama kayıtları süresi dolduğunda silinir; cihaz kaydı ise abonelik sona erdikten sonra silinir.
4. Nasıl bağlanılıyor?
Bağlantı WireGuard protokolüyle kurulur. Anahtar çifti cihazınızda üretilir; özel anahtar cihazınızdan hiçbir zaman çıkmaz, sunucuya yalnızca açık anahtar iletilir. Trafiğiniz sunucu üzerinden geçerken şifrelidir ve tarafımızca çözülmez, denetlenmez veya kaydedilmez.

6. Abonelik
Abonelik Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve RevenueCat, Inc. aracılığıyla doğrulanır. RevenueCat tarafına giden bilgi, anonim cihaz kimliği ve satın alma makbuzudur. Kart bilgileriniz hiçbir zaman uygulamaya veya bize ulaşmaz.
7. Yasal talepler
Yetkili bir makamdan geçerli bir talep gelmesi hâlinde, yalnızca elimizde bulunan verileri paylaşabiliriz. Trafik kaydı tutmadığımız için, ziyaret edilen adreslere veya bağlantı içeriğine dair paylaşabileceğimiz bir kayıt bulunmamaktadır.
8. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Sunucu düğümleri, sözleşmeli veri merkezi sağlayıcılarında barındırılır. Bu sağlayıcılar altyapı düzeyinde kendi operasyonel kayıtlarını tutabilir; bu kayıtlara erişimimiz yoktur ve kullanıcı davranışıyla ilişkilendirilmesi tarafımızca yapılmaz.
9. Haklarınız
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Talebinizi muhammetyavuzkeles@gmail.com adresine iletin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Cihaz kaydınızın silinmesini isterseniz, talebinizde uygulama içindeki Ayarlar → Cihaz kimliği ekranında görünen kimliği belirtin.
10. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan kişisel veri toplamaz.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfadaki tarih değiştirilir ve uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır.

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Summary
- No account is required. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any identity document.
- We keep no traffic logs: the sites you visit, your DNS queries, what you download and the contents of your connections are not recorded.
- The only records on our server are the technical minimum needed for the subscription and the tunnel to work (section 3).
- We show no ads and use no analytics or tracking tools.
2. A device identifier instead of an identity
On first launch the app generates a random device identifier and keeps it in your device secure storage (an Android Keystore-backed secure store). Authentication to the server uses that identifier and an access token bound to it. The identifier cannot be linked to your personal information and changes if you uninstall and reinstall the app.
3. Data held on the server
These are all the records we keep:

These records contain no IP address, no visited addresses, no DNS queries, no bandwidth history and no session timestamp history. Lease records are deleted when they expire; the device record is deleted after the subscription ends.
4. How the connection works
Connections use the WireGuard protocol. The key pair is generated on your device; the private key never leaves it and only the public key is sent to the server. Your traffic is encrypted as it passes through the server and is not decrypted, inspected or recorded by us.
5. Permissions

We do not request location, contacts, microphone, camera, SMS or storage permissions.
6. Subscription
Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and verified via RevenueCat, Inc. Only the anonymous device identifier and the purchase receipt reach RevenueCat. Your card details never reach the app or us.
7. Legal requests
If we receive a valid request from a competent authority, we can only share the data we actually hold. Because we keep no traffic logs, we have no records of visited addresses or connection contents to share.
8. Third-party services

Server nodes are hosted with contracted data-centre providers. Those providers may keep their own operational records at the infrastructure level; we have no access to them and do not correlate them with user activity.
9. Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws you may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Write to muhammetyavuzkeles@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you want your device record deleted, include the identifier shown under Settings → Device identifier in the app.
10. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top of this page changes with it and we notify you inside the app for material changes.
