Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, Vireo VPN uygulamasının ve hizmetinin kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Hizmetin kapsamı
Vireo VPN, WireGuard protokolü üzerinden şifreli bir bağlantı tüneli sunar. Hizmet abonelik ile kullanılır ve hesap açmayı gerektirmez.
2. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Hizmeti şu amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Hukuka aykırı içerik dağıtmak veya bunlara erişmek;
- Ağ saldırısı, port taraması, istenmeyen e-posta (spam) gönderimi veya kötü amaçlı yazılım yaymak;
- Telif hakkı ihlali oluşturacak şekilde içerik paylaşmak;
- Üçüncü kişilerin sistemlerine izinsiz erişmeye çalışmak.
Bu kuralların ihlali hâlinde aboneliğiniz iade yapılmaksızın sonlandırılabilir.
3. Hizmetin niteliği ve sınırları
VPN, bağlantınızı şifreler ve çıkış IP adresinizi değiştirir. Ancak anonimlik garantisi değildir: giriş yaptığınız hesaplar, tarayıcı çerezleri, cihaz parmak izi ve uygulama içi izleme gibi yöntemlerle kimliğiniz yine de tespit edilebilir. VPN, virüs koruması, reklam engelleyici veya güvenlik yazılımı yerine geçmez.
Bağlantı hızı; bulunduğunuz konuma, seçtiğiniz sunucuya, internet servis sağlayıcınıza ve ağ yoğunluğuna göre değişir. Belirli bir hız veya sınırsız bant genişliği taahhüt edilmez.
4. Yerel mevzuat
VPN kullanımı bazı ülkelerde kısıtlanmış veya yasaklanmış olabilir. Bulunduğunuz ülkedeki mevzuata uymak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hizmet, yasal kısıtlamaları aşmak amacıyla pazarlanmamaktadır.
5. Cihaz sınırı ve paylaşım
Bir abonelik, uygulama içinde belirtilen sayıda cihazda kullanılabilir. Aboneliğinizi ticari olarak yeniden satmanız veya paylaşmanız yasaktır.
6. Abonelik, iptal ve iade
Abonelikler Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. İptal, Google Play hesabınızın abonelikler bölümünden yapılır. İadeler Google Play iade politikasına tâbidir. Yeni bir cihazda satın alımlarınızı geri yükleyebilirsiniz.
7. Hizmetin sürekliliği
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Bakım, sunucu arızası, veri merkezi kesintisi veya ağ sorunları nedeniyle geçici kesintiler yaşanabilir. Belirli bir çalışma süresi (uptime) taahhüt edilmez. Sunucu konumları zaman içinde değişebilir.
8. Sorumluluk sınırı
Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda bu hizmet için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
9. Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Siz de uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırarak ve aboneliğinizi iptal ederek kullanımı istediğiniz zaman bitirebilirsiniz.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve tarihi değiştirilir.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları hariç olmak üzere ABD Florida eyaleti hukukuna tâbidir.

1. Scope of the service
Vireo VPN provides an encrypted connection tunnel over the WireGuard protocol. The service is used with a subscription and does not require an account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- distribute or access unlawful content;
- carry out network attacks, port scanning, spam or malware distribution;
- share content in a way that infringes copyright;
- attempt unauthorized access to third-party systems.
Breaching these rules may result in termination of your subscription without refund.
3. Nature and limits of the service
A VPN encrypts your connection and changes your exit IP address. It is not a guarantee of anonymity: you can still be identified through accounts you sign in to, browser cookies, device fingerprinting and in-app tracking. A VPN is not a substitute for antivirus, an ad blocker or security software.
Connection speed varies with your location, the server you choose, your internet provider and network load. No particular speed or unlimited bandwidth is promised.
4. Local law
VPN use may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. Complying with the law where you are is your responsibility. The service is not marketed as a means of circumventing legal restrictions.
5. Device limit and sharing
A subscription may be used on the number of devices stated in the app. Reselling or commercially sharing your subscription is prohibited.
6. Subscription, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancel from the subscriptions section of your Google Play account. Refunds follow Google Play refund policy. You can restore purchases on a new device.
7. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, server faults, data-centre incidents or network problems. No particular uptime is promised, and server locations may change over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us for this service in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may end your use at any time by removing the app and cancelling your subscription.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page with a revised date.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
